He is such a sweet, happy, good natured baby, and is always quick with a smile. Griffin's little personality is starting to show.
While he was here, he went from taking one or two tentative steps, to standing up in the middle of the room and taking 25 steps! Learning to walk brings it's challenges too...like opening cupboards up and pulling contents out, and my personal favorite--learning how to push the spigot on the water cooler (his momma got to mop up a gallon of water one day after Griffin played a few minutes unattended with the knobs).
But, who can be mad at this sweet face?
For our little guy's birthday celebration, he had a monkey cake (chocolate of course!)
He got lots of Monkey things to play with...
And we all wore Monkey hats.
Griffin wasn't tentative at all when the cake was put before him....he went right to work to see if this thing was edible....
And, then Griffin dug in with both hands simultaneously
He decided he liked chocolate....
And finally, his mom let him have his very own slice! Happy Birthday to our sweet little Grif!
