Becoming Wild?

Coach Dan Walker of Weber State University has been recruiting Lauren as a high jumper since July. This week, after jumping through all of the NCAA Compliancy hoops, Lauren went up for an official visit. Coach Walker set up appointments to meet the team, watch a workout, attend a nutrition seminar, meet the Athletic Director, the Honor's Program Coordinator, The Health Promotion & Human Performance Director, and even the President of Weber State University! We were wowed by the personalized attention. It was a great day, and Lauren was very impressed by the campus, the athletic facilities, the track program, and the curriculum that is tailored for future careers in Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. Well, to top it off...her favorite color is...that's right...purple! We think there may be "Wildcat" in her future!
