Talk about "spur of the moment!" On Tuesday, Heidi suggested that we make a quick trip via JetBlue to somewhere warm! Heidi was anxious to use her flight benefits, and I am always game for something fun---so we took Lauren and Hailey and flew to Southern California on Thursday afternoon. It was a quick trip to Hollywood for a trip to Universal Studios, a visit to the Griffith Observatory, a glance at Rodeo Drive and the Hollywood Walk of Fame (as well as being followed by George Clooney in his Range Rober), and the boardwalk at Santa Monica Pier. And of course, what's a girl's trip without a little shopping? We were back home by Saturday night with a whole closet full of clothes, shoes, and makeup!
